ABOUT US:

 

We deliver locally as well as anywhere in the United States and Canada. We specialize in elegant and stylized sympathy arrangements and tribute designs.

 

HOURS:

 

Mon - Friday 9am to 5pm. Saturday 10am-5pm. Sunday we are closed. We can deliver for Weddings or Funerals on Sunday by appointment only.

 

DELIVERY POLICY:

 

For any order, we recommend that you always send your gift on a date and to a location where someone will be available to retrieve the gift to ensure freshness.

 

For Residential deliveries, orders delivered via a local store are typically delivered from mid-morning to late evening (as early as 7am to as late as 9pm during busy holidays). If the recipient is not available at the time of delivery, we may attempt to leave the gift with a neighbor. If the gift is left with a neighbor, or if no one is available to accept the gift, the recipient’s door will be tagged with clear instructions for retrieving the gift.

For Business deliveries, orders delivered via a local store are typically delivered from mid-morning until 5pm. Please be aware that we may leave the arrangement with the front desk or security. We are subject to the delivery restrictions of the business.

 

HOLIDAYS:

 

Our shop will always be closed on the following holidays: Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Day, New Year’s Day, Easter, Memorial Day, Father’s Day, Independence Day and Labor Day.

 

Where Do We Deliver?

 

Our shop personally serves the following areas: Palm Springs, Rancho Mirage, Cathedral City, Palm Desert, Indio and La Quinta, Sun City, Desert Hot Springs, Sky Valley, Indio Hills, Morongo, Yucca Valley, Cabazon. We Can Wire Out to any other location for your convienece.

 

SUBSTITUTION POLICY:

 

Care is taken to maintain the style, theme and color scheme of the arrangement, using flowers of equal value if substitution is nessesary. Additionally, the substitution of certain keepsake items may be necessary due to increased demand, especially during major holidays.

 

RETURN POLICY:

 

Our customers have 24 hours to notify us of any problems with their purchase. No adjustments will be made after 24 hours. Please call (760) 318-3388 or send us an email at Liliesps@hotmail.com.

 

Lilies Palm Springs reserves the right to refuse a refund to any order refused/declined by the recipient upon delivery.
